Ideo’s Intention
We aim to offer high-quality assessments that are personalized, adapted to each situation, respectful, human, collaborative, inclusive, and co-responsible. Regardless of the outcome, they enable participants to have a rich experience, learn new things, and maintain, or even enhance, their self-esteem. Our assessments are used for both recruitment and development purposes. Whether for recruitment or career development, they become successful, positive, and sustainable only if they are based on a harmonious process, founded on strengths and talents rather than weaknesses, meet the needs of both parties, and are oriented towards shared projects.
At Ideo, we do not position ourselves as superior evaluators, but rather as partners in observing strengths and areas for improvement. Our final reports incorporate the opinions of both parties and do not include grades or ‘pass/fail’ assessments.
An authentic approach centered on trust-based relationships among all involved parties. Candidates are engaged and co-responsible partners in the process.
- Preliminary discussions with the client to define what they wish to observe and to understand their context
- Writing scenarios specific to the described context
- Prior to the assessment, tests are sent according to our exclusive method (Reiss motivational test, emotional intelligence assessment test, Via character for evaluating strengths and talents)
- Welcoming candidates in a warm setting, taking time to connect, explaining Ideo’s philosophy, and creating an atmosphere of awareness
- The day unfolds with a series of specific exercises: case analysis requiring decision-making, role-playing with professional actors (management, negotiation, conflict resolution interviews, or others), public speaking in the form of a metaphorical presentation, semi-structured interview, introspection on the day using the Lego Serious Play method. Each exercise is followed by immediate feedback, allowing the person to redo part of the exercise if they wish.

- Discussion of respective observations and drafting of the final report with candidate validation
